We stand behind the quality of every embroidered bag we sell. Each embroidered bag is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, starting from the original order date and lasting for the entire time you own the bag.

What is covered

During the warranty period, eligible repairs for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are provided free of charge, under normal use and with proper care. Repairs for damage not covered under this warranty may require an additional craftsmanship and repair fee.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water damage, stains, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service centre. Return shipping to the customer is covered for approved warranty claims.

How to request warranty service

At this time, we do not offer direct individual warranty service without a verifiable original purchase order. The original order number is required to confirm the original ownership and purchase date.

For products purchased through a distributor, reseller, or third-party seller, warranty claims must be submitted by the original direct purchaser.
