Return and Refund Policy

At Sinocrafted, we want you to love your Chinese-inspired handcrafted bags. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.

B2C Customers (Retail)

  • Products not as described or defective can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your bag arrives damaged or is the wrong item, return shipping is on us.
  • You can choose a replacement or a full refund.

B2B Customers (Wholesale / Bulk)

  • Returns for bulk or customized orders follow the terms in your contract.
  • Custom designs or large orders may have specific return rules; please consult your B2B agreement.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized Orders: Bags personalized with your chosen design, color, or initials cannot be returned unless defective.
  • OEM / Custom Production: Made-to-order bags for bulk or business orders are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds require account details.

Partial Refunds

  • Opened or lightly used items may qualify for a partial refund, depending on condition.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (defective or wrong item).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us

    • Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization
    • We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item
    • Pack securely and include all original materials.
    • For defective items, please include photos of the damage.
  4. Inspection & Refund / Exchange
    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send the replacement promptly.

5. Exchanges

  • Want a different color, size, or style? Contact us promptly, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
