- Business Purchase Orders (B2B transactions): For B2B customers, we accept business purchase orders. To complete your order, please submit a valid purchase order document, which will be processed in line with the agreed contract.
1.2 Payment Terms

For B2C customers: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Upon completion of your order, your payment will be processed immediately, and we will begin preparing your items for shipment. If there are any issues with payment, you will be notified before your order is processed.

For B2B customers: We offer net 30 and net 60 payment terms, depending on the specifics of the contract and the buyer’s creditworthiness.
- Net 30: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Net 60: Payment is due within 60 days of the invoice date.
To qualify for net terms, businesses must undergo a credit check, and the terms will be agreed upon in advance. Please note that late payments may incur additional fees and delays in future orders.
In the case of large volume orders or custom products, a deposit may be required upfront. This ensures that we can begin production or sourcing before full payment is made.
1.3 Currency

Currency: All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars), regardless of the country of the customer. For international orders, currency conversions will be handled at the time of payment based on the exchange rate applicable at that time.
