Warranty Policy

At Sinocrafted, we are committed to delivering high-quality, handcrafted bags that combine traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern durability. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a clear warranty and quality guarantee for all our products.


1. Warranty Coverage

All Sinocrafted bags come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials or workmanship. Specifically, this includes:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Stitching, seams, or hardware failures caused by faulty workmanship.
  • Material Issues: Problems with leather, fabric, zippers, or other components that impair normal use.
  • Structural Integrity: Broken handles, straps, or bag frames not caused by misuse.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scuffs, color fading, or minor scratches.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.

Regular care according to our Care Guide is recommended to maximize the lifespan of your bag.


2. Warranty Claims

If your bag develops a defect covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    • Email: support@sinocrafted.com
    • Include:
      • Order number
      • Photos of the defect or damage
      • Brief description of the issue
  2. Claim Review
    • Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
    • For complex cases, we may request the bag to be returned for inspection.
  3. Resolution Options
    • Repair: We fix the defective component (e.g., stitching, hardware).
    • Replacement: If repair is not possible, a replacement bag or part will be provided.
    • Refund: In rare cases where repair or replacement cannot be done, a full refund will be issued.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Domestic return shipping for warranty claims is covered by us.
    • For international returns, shipping costs may apply; customers are advised to check with their local carrier.
  5. Processing Time
    • Once we receive the returned item (if required), claims are processed within 7–10 business days, and you will be notified of the resolution.

3. Additional Notes

  • Non-Transferable: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Maintenance: Proper care extends the life of your bag. Please follow our Care Guide. Neglect may void warranty coverage.
