We stand behind the quality of every embroidered bag we sell. Each embroidered bag is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, starting from the original order date and lasting for the entire time you own the bag.

What is covered

During the warranty period, eligible repairs for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are provided free of charge, under normal use and with proper care. Repairs for damage not covered under this warranty may require an additional craftsmanship and repair fee.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water damage, stains, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Shipping costs

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service centre. Return shipping to the customer is covered for approved warranty claims.

The embroiderers of the time translated that porcelain look into thread and named itsān lán xiù: three-blue embroidery, working a single hue in three depths — deep indigo for the line, mid-blue for the body, pale sky-blue for the light. In silk, a painted cloud gained something porcelain could never give it: softness, and a quiet sheen that moves as you move.

Here those blue clouds run across a clean, structured tote — a deliberate meeting of the simple and the intricate. The sharp, uncluttered silhouette keeps the bag at ease in a working day; the fine Suzhou cloud embroidery carries the leisure of an old painted scroll. Embroidered Three-Blue Clouds

The blue scrollwork across this bag is not printed pattern. It is three-blue embroidery in the Qing manner: the same cloud drawn three times in silk, each pass a different depth of blue. Dark indigo holds the curling outline, mid-blue fills the swelling body, and pale sky-blue traces the edge where light would gather — so a flat motif gains the rounded, billowing volume of real cloud.

Around the cloud scroll the companion motifs keep the same palette: the peach of long life, the fret that returns without end, the ruyi that grants what the heart asks, the persimmon calyx speakingshìshì rúyì. Straight satin stitches carry the broad forms; fine pale thread does the highlights.
