We stand behind the quality of every embroidered bag we sell. Each embroidered bag is covered by a lifetime limited warranty, starting from the original order date and lasting for the entire time you own the bag.
What is covered
During the warranty period, eligible repairs for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are provided free of charge, under normal use and with proper care. Repairs for damage not covered under this warranty may require an additional craftsmanship and repair fee.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, water damage, stains, misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service centre. Return shipping to the customer is covered for approved warranty claims.
How to request warranty service
Please email the following information to support@sinocrafted.com:
- Your original order number
- Clear photos showing the product damage
Once approved, we will provide a warranty service number. You can use this number on our Warranty Check page to view your warranty status and repair progress.
At this time, we do not offer direct individual warranty service without a verifiable original purchase order. The original order number is required to confirm the original ownership and purchase date.
For products purchased through a distributor, reseller, or third-party seller, warranty claims must be submitted by the original direct purchaser.

1. Keep it dry: Avoid exposing your embroidered leather bag to rain, moisture, or damp environments. If it gets wet, gently blot the surface with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer or direct heat.
2. Avoid direct sunlight: Keep the bag away from prolonged direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent the leather from fading, drying out, or cracking, and to help preserve the embroidery's original colors.
3. Clean gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust from the leather surface. For minor stains, use a leather cleaner suitable for your bag's material, following the product instructions. Avoid alcohol, harsh chemicals, and excessive moisture, especially on embroidered areas.
4. Protect the embroidery: Avoid rubbing, scratching, or pressing the embroidered surface against rough materials, sharp objects, or accessories that may snag the threads. Do not brush the embroidery aggressively or pull loose threads, as this may damage the delicate stitching.
5. Store it properly: When not in use, store the bag in a breathable dust bag in a cool, dry place. Stuff the interior with soft tissue paper to help maintain its shape, and avoid stacking heavy items on top. Keep metal hardware and embroidered areas from pressing against each other to prevent scratches and deformation.
